Vision

WVARR envisions that all persons in recovery from addiction have access to the recovery supports they need to achieve their goals and live rewarding and fulfilling lives free of stigma.

Mission

The mission of WVARR is to serve as a unified voice advocating for and educating about the recovery residence community in West Virginia, and to create a framework and system for implementing operational best practices in line with NARR standards, including capacity building.
