Best Practices Summit

As the foremost organization of recovery housing standards in the nation, our work impacts dozens of states. Our annual summit is a chance for recovery housing allies to come together and share the latest initiatives, research, and social model theory. For over a decade, NARR has provided recovery residences a unifying framework to foster recovery communities, not just sober houses. At the summit, participants have an opportunity to learn from leading experts in advocacy, policy development, research, and direct recovery services, and network with others dedicated to creating quality recovery residences in their states and communities.  As the largest conference dedicated to recovery housing best practices, the event has grown exponentially in the last five years. In 2023, we welcomed over 400 in-person attendees and 150 virtual participants for our largest summit yet.
