Colorado Agency for Recovery Residences

The Colorado Agency for Recovery Residences (CARR) was formed in 2017 by a group of recovery residence providers. CARR was created to bring national best practices to Sober Living in Colorado and establish benchmarks by which consumers can identify superior residences. Our primary purpose and vision is to assist in supporting recovery housing organizations achieve best practices in their operation and with their services and processes. Colorado Agency for Recovery Residences ensures they provide to recovering people in a non-bias, ethical manner. In doing so, this provides increased safety and affordable quality homes. CARR supports those seeking housing as they engage in their recovery journey.
