Kentucky Recovery Housing Network

The Kentucky Alliance of Recovery Residences is the state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences and the approved certifying organization for NARR modeled recovery residences in Kentucky. KYARR leads statewide efforts to support recovery housing by aligning operators with national standards, Kentucky statutes, and best practices rooted in the social model of recovery.

Our mission is to promote and expand access to high-quality recovery support services in Kentucky through recovery housing certification, advocacy, and education. Through certification oversight, legislative advocacy, and operator education, KYARR strengthens the recovery housing continuum and works to ensure that recovery residences across Kentucky operate with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to long-term recovery outcomes.
