The Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network (TROHN) is a founding state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). TROHN is responsible for Certifying recovery housing in Texas that meet national standards, posting a directory of certified recovery housing, and Administering a grievance process. TROHN is staffed and operates under a fiscal agent, RecoveryPeople, which focuses in three service domains: advocacy, workforce development and provider services
